Orders & Personalization
All our products are custom-made to order. Please review all names, texts, and design details carefully before confirming your purchase, as we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Once the package is handed to the carrier, Nala’s Pawtique is not responsible for delays, loss, or damages during transit.

Returns
Because our products are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns due to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizes provided by the customer
• Spelling errors or customization mistakes submitted by the customer
Please ensure that all names, texts, and customization details are correct before placing your order.
Exceptions
We will gladly accept returns only if:
• The product arrives damaged
• The item received is incorrect due to an error on our part
In these cases, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Refunds
